Scoop out a watermelon with a melon baller or small ice cream scoop.  Reserve and chill the melon and juice. Add "South of the Border" pre-prepared frozen Margarita mix, preparing it with the tequila and freezing it over night as directed.  Add all the watermelon juice back into the cavity.  Layer in some of your melon balls and frozen Margarita mix.  Add other fruit for color and flavor: frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries (the frozen fruit will help keep it chilled on your way to your picnic or party) or packaged frozen variety melon balls.  Stir it up and serve with a spoon and straw!  (Click image for enlargement.) She'll be there for at least a couple of more days.  To top everything else, Curtis was in the hospital for two days, taken by ambulance from the doctor's office to the hospital. He came back home on Wednesday morning. For two days, I was the only one not in the hospital. If you keep your eye on the news, you occasionally see something about some near misses of space rocks that we didn't even see coming.  <A href="http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn4793-closest-asteroid-to-pass-earth-approaches.html">Sometimes we can see them and all we can do about it is watch--just like in the movies.</A>  If a big enough one hits the earth, no matter where is lands, it is a problem for you and me and our kids.  And it will happen sometime in the future and we need to be prepared so NASA and others are considering what to do.
